I know by now you guys are thinking WTF is going on with Kari... where has she been etc. I have been in eternal hell... my external hard drive with ALL my content on it has crashed and I only had it less than a month. Yeah... I am beside myself feeling quite ill about 4 yrs of content GONE and inaccessible. I am utterly shattered at this point. There were irreplacable files on this drive and not being able to recover them has caused loss of sleep, aggrevation and total depression.. can someone help me? Because the Platinum Puzzy you know is MIA til we get this fixed and recover the data... HELP!
